Join us for National Seniors Day - October 1, 2019
Our seniors have given so much for our families, communities, and society, and on Tuesday, October 1 we take part in the national movement to recognize them.
Join us on October 1, 2019 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Central Library for multicultural performances, inspiring stories, and light refreshments that recognize the tremendous contributions of older adults from all cultures. This event is free of charge and is offered in partnership with The City of Calgary, Calgary Public Library, Family & Community Support Services, and Calgary Chinese Citizens’ Association.
Whether they’re a parent, co-worker, neighbour, or friend, it’s easy to show your respect and gratitude for our seniors and what they have done for our country.
We’ll look forward to seeing you there!
